My concerned reader, I welcome you back to our series on wealth. Last week, we learned about Secrets of wealth 2 (Self-Awareness). We summed up that “Self-awareness requires self-examination (taking time to become more aware of your strengths and weaknesses). Let’s take some time to know more about ourselves because our wealth and worth are largely connected to the understanding we have about our “self.” This is because it’s very hard to succeed in life without self-awareness.”

Today, we will continue by looking at Secrets of Wealth III (Give to Receive).

In the Community of Economics, due to scarce resources, we always need to preserve that which have. The Economics mindset can, therefore, hinder an individual from giving. However, the truth about life is that anything that you want to see its multiplication, you have to give more of it. You’re not blessed to hoard it, or to privately celebrate it or to intentionally ignore it. Rather, you’re blessed to share and to show the glory of God.

In the Book, “The Secrets”, Rhonde Bryne mentioned that “Giving is a powerful action to bring more money into your life…As you demonstrate faith in giving, the law of attraction must give you more.” I so much believe in the act of giving. Before, I use to think that the only way to have is to keep that which you have but I later realized that was the mindset of scarcity instead of abundance.

Giving and receiving is a simple principle of life: it works for anyone who applies. The only way to receive more is to give more. The Good Book says, “Give, and you will receive. Your gift will return to you in full—pressed down, shaken together to make room for more, running over, and poured into your lap. The amount you give will determine the amount you get back.[i] So far as you give, you will most definitely receive; not the same or less but more.

Whether its money, gifts, skills, kindness, favour, just mention it, anything you can think of, the only way to multiply it is to give. Giving simply imply use it: use that which you have to bless others and you shall always have more. For example, the more I write, the more I’m inspired to write.

Until you give what you have, you deny yourself to receive more. If you want more money, then help others with the little you have. If you want to discover more about yourself, then, bless others with the little you know about yourself. I strongly believe that whatever we need in life, we have a little of it. And so, to have more, use that which you already have.

The ancient secret of wealth is giving. Givers never lack. Giving is proof that, what you have doesn’t own you rather you own it.

Thanks for reading through our blog today. Next time, we shall continue with the Secrets of Wealth.
